And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one body. And be thankful.
Dear SCS School Families,
As we come to an end of Catholic Schools Week I am invigorated by the love, faith, and joy that I observed in and out of the classrooms. Beginning on Sunday, our alumni gave their heartfelt testimonies at all Masses about their beloved school. Care packages and prayer cards were sent to Cadence Assisted Living to brighten the resident's day! "Stop and Dance" was another huge favorite as the whole school, including the parish office, danced the day away.
Thank you for your generous donations to The Holy Child Program in Bethlehem. Our school also became quite competitive as· each grade level donated to the Annual 8th Grade Penny Challenge, the results and winner will be announced next week.
This week was filled with many blessings and prayers for our students, teachers, military, priests, and religious orders.
We ended on Friday with a delicious breakfast to thank our volunteers which was provided by our teachers and front office. Thank you, 7th grade parents and all volunteers, for the teacher luncheon today. It was a wonderful time for our teachers and staff to share a meal and have some fellowship together.
I pray that God will continue to bless all our families, teachers, and staff, and know of our thanks to parents for making the sacrifice to have your child(ren) attend a Catholic School!
Sincerely In Christ,
Mrs. Cathy Schwarz
Principal
