Dear Parishioners, 

Your prayers are respectfully requested for the repose of the soul of Father J. Hector Rangel Galván, C. P., of Saint Ann Parish in Clayton and a Passionist priest of the Mexican province. 

Father Hector died last night following a lengthy hospitalization in Smithfield with the effects of COVID-19. Kindly also include among your intentions his family in Mexico, his Passionist community, his parish family and all who are now in mourning. 

Through the intercession of Mary, Mother of Priests and Saint Paul of the Cross, may Father Hector know the fullness of God’s peace, the abundance of His mercy and the Light of His Kingdom this day.
